Plug & Play Front Turn Signals?

I just bought some Watsen flush mount turn signals for my '09, but it's going to take 6-8 weeks to receive them. I need a pair of cheap turn signals(preferably flush mount) to install temporarily. Are there any out there that plug straight in? Also, I'm guessing I'm going to need some signal adapter plates. Any suggestions?
