The post treatment requirement sounds like what was supposed to do after colonoscopy pick-up: no drive, no drinking, easy eating, 24 hour monitoring rest, etc. What did I really do? Drove to casino, got sauced, gambled, buffet dinner, PARTY!

If I were back in Vegas thatss what may have happened. But im in boring idaho. Only thing I have been doing a lot is eating and initially took about 3-4 days to get any bowell movement. When it finally came it was the size of an adult toy and could have been used as a mold. i think Im ready ffor prison.

You meant Propofol, right? Spelling is awsome.

Woops. You are far superior than me!

And it's spelled AWESOME, jerk, But that's ok because I understood what you meant. ;)

This has been edited a lot to keep an upbeat attitude. You should have seen the rough drafts. :)

Sarcasm, eg my own mispelling which was done on purpose, was clearly lost on you. It's all in good fun bro, no need to perform rough drafts of a motorcycle forum posting.

Kenny, glad you're doing better and the bowels are moving. Nothing like a good pooping!

Yeah ok pal. You knew what I meant and you wanted to be an ass, now you say "I do these things on purpose" alrighty then grammar man. Anyone with a half a brain knows it's hard to read sarcasm. Please lead by example and stop misSpelling words :) thanks dr. Troll crawl back into your grammar cave "bro".

What a joke.

To the member who left me "bad reputation" maybe you need to go back and re read the posts again. Feel free to jump on the nut hugging though.

Take it easy now! Rob's no troll and neither are you. I definitely read his initial post with spelling correction as sarcasm, but that doesn't mean everyone would. Either way, no need to get so harsh.. save it for real trolls

Thanks everyone, not sure what kind of drugs they administered but it hit me fast and hard! By the time I starting singing Don Mclean's Bye Bye Miss American Pie, I don't think I even made it to the word die. Getting the stiches taken out tomorrow. I have chosen to not take any more meds, I'm in no pain. So now I have extra.

It's amazing how the people who have chosen the medical field can adapt to their working environment. Seeing and dealing with all these patients. I got to see and experience first hand from a patients perspective on what they deal with every day! Although mine was a very minor surgery, not an actual trauma emergency. I could never do it. They really must love what they do. So many working professional transferred me off from start to finish. They even showed me how to use the crutches while I still had two working legs. Amazing. I'm kind of glad I tore my ACL, it helped me experience something that I never experienced before. Part of the reason why I choose to go to traffic court and challenged my speeding ticket back in 2008. I never had an opportunity to stand before a judge.

Next experience, I must figure out a way to spend the night in jail.

Hey Kenny glad to hear you are doing well and as far as spending a night in jail you could try selling your extra drugs on the corner:spank: but I don't recommend it:D:D

Kenny have you already started your bucket list?
As for healthcare, I really enjoy it. The good days out number the bad days. I get to meet so many interesting people often with amazing life stories. 86 year-old man who at the age of 19 was living in Germany studying aeronautical engineering. The Gestapo were after him and he escaped by walking over the Alps to be arrested and interrogated by the allies as a spy. He ended up working as part of the Inigma code breaking team. All this I found out whilst changing a dressing, it remains one of the best stories I was ever told.

Ps Lord knows what you told the nurses lol.

Couldn't agree with Nelly more... it is the most rewarding work I have ever done, but clearly requires great sacrifice to get there.

Getting there as you know Rob is only the start. Life long learning and all that.

I then started asking what's the difference from a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, PAC and a MD. Seems like everyone was involved.

Kind of surprised that my knee and part of my shin is still swelled up. But still not much pain. They have extended my brace to a 90 degree rotation, from 50. Stitches are now out, and by the way I think they were like staples. And it hurt as they plucked them out.

I hope the recuperation is going well. Are you suffering greatly from PMS? (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome). Perhaps you can go through the video libraries of Jerry & Motogiro for some virtual riding? Or do you have other video distractions (*cough* MotoGP *cough*)?

Thanks Jennifer,

PMS....Parked Motorcycle Syndrome.....LOL...good one. I was just thinking, it has been almost a decade since I have not ridden a motorcycle in two weeks. I will be calling Cliff on my new Comm device that I purchased, Bluetooth stereo speakers with wireless mike, no boom. Once I install it in my helmet and figure how to activate the Bluetooth.

As far as the Physical Therapy, I called one place, talked to the therapist, and soon as I mentioned that I only ride a motorcycle, he asked me if I was Vegasrider? Small world, we know each other from the advanced Precision Riding Clinic that we took last summer from the Idaho Stars, the motorcycle safety program for the state.
