Just got my 2008 fz6 on tuesday got rid of a vmax for it. so far I like it but can't wait till I have the money for some extras.

I live in omaha right now but will be leaving for air force later this year and who knows where me and the wife will be getting stationed. I hope to learn more about the fz6 and maybe find some cool mods.

Welcome...I grew up in Lincoln and the Air Force sent me to Nellis (Las Vegas)...that was 1987. Man...I'm getting old. I ended up staying in Las Vegas and loving it...no snow, no humidity and no tornados. Good fishing is 3 hours away.

If you get sent to Nellis, let me know and I'll show you around town.

I started riding almost six years ago and have owned many bikes in that time. Can't decide on what to keep.

Started on a 2002 gz250, went to a 2003 marauder 800. Had a ninja 250 a cbr 600, shadow 750, zzr1200 god I miss that one. a 2004 vmax, a rm250 and I have been on many others. including my dream bike of the triumph sprint st. The rocket 3 etc.
I found that sport tourers are my favorite and I hope to convert the fz6 to do just that.

She is the dark blue 08. I bought it on the 17th of june and though I have not had as much time to ride as I like i've managed 1300 miles so far.
