Ive nearly got her how I want her.
R&Gs,bellypan,headlight conv,Scorpions,hugger.
Ive also had the seat modified by Vikingvinyl ,its been cut back so I can sit further back and a gel pad has been inserted.
Im just waiting on the bar risers (if Twisted Throttle ever get them to me.

I was just thinking the same thing. How did you get them to look like that???

I use a cream called autosol, you rub it in with a light scourer then buff it off.
First thing I niticed about the FZ6 was the terrible state of peoples downpipes and I made sure I found something to keep them nice.
Use it once a week and they will be fine,I had an 04 FZ for 3 years and the headers were as good as new and I ride all year.
The bellypan you should be able to get from any Yam dealer from stock.
Thanks for the compliments.

It does not look like that is something I can get over here in US. Mine turned this bronze looking color by the time I brought mine back from the dealer. I used metal polish on it to clean it, but it still looks bronze. It polishes out fine and nice, but still has this funky color. I was little disappointed that it turned colors, but didn't think much of it since I was planning on changing out its exhaust system anyway. But I cannot seem to find anybody who sells nice looking headers for them just yet. Are they stock headers on yours or did you change them?

Looks great, but for god's sake, slap a FE kit on that thing! Seriously...you've got those great looking pipes and hugger, which draw the eye to the back of the bike where you see...a big sail. Get a FE ASAP...:spank::thumbup:

Yeah youve got a point, maybe my next mod.
Could you give me some ideas where you get them?

Sweet looking ride.

You might check the classified section of the site, someone had a set of bar risers for sale.

Bike looks great, now get rid of the curb feelers before they get hooked on your pant legs.... Those things are the first to go on my rides.
