I went to Daytona yesterday (the new set up for the demo rides is nice) and I'm planing on heading there again Friday and Saturday, but we'll be leaving much earlier to make sure we get on time for the demo rides.

Yes, definitely an advantage living in the warmer climates. I've already done 2 track days this year, and I'm going to be riding in my 3rd on Monday at Texas World Speedway in College Station. We only had about 2 months off between the 2013 and 2014 seasons. You should convince your wife that it's easier to travel for snow than it is for track days...

$99 for first timers or experiences (I should be able to get one person in at my rate.. which is $100 for this day).
First timers: leathers included, so it's a very cheap way to try the track.

Disclaimer: I don't make any money getting people to sign up, nor do I particularly like the organization I'm riding with, but I DO want more people to experience track riding and I love company :thumbup:

It can, but not using ratchet straps. Another trailer restraint would be required. In other words.. no
