Charlie12, I was inspired and had to try your mounting. Here's what I got.

Using this one as my desktop at the moment...

Mounted it on the mountain bike yesterday and took it for a short ride in the river valley. I think I could have dragged some knee about 1:25 into the video. Hope you like it. Enjoy.

Great stuff! Black and white seems to work extra well with the GoPro since the camera already has a limited dynamic range. I just scored a suction cup mount, so I'm going to have to see what other fun angles I can come up with.

Your mountain biking video makes me want to find a bike on craigslist. That looks like a blast! Also somewhat off topic, I just finished a whitewater kayaking GoPro video that I may post when it's on YouTube.

Here are a couple of shots I took this morning....

So we were out again on the weekend and this time I decided to mount the GoPro on the back of the bike facing rearward using the suction mount just ahead of the tail light. Sorry, no artificial music, just the sweet sound of the Two Bros.

Here's a short 1 minute clip....

We also ran into a rider on one of these. Not popular or sold in Canada, eh.

That's a pretty cool bike.

And great shots! I never even thought to use that feature of it. Next track day I will use it for sure.

The trails are maintain by the city Parks and Recreation. The whole rivervalley is full of trails.

Some of the trails that aren't graveled are usually developed by local MTB clubs. Some good, some bad, and some very technical, but all in all a great place to ride.

Attended a seminar on elaspe photography at a photography show here on the weekend and it gave me an idea with the still shots I took with the GoPro. Here's my first effort at it.
