Well, I've had my FZ6 for 3 weeks now. I'm going in for surgery tomorrow, and won't be able to ride for about a week. Hopefully I'll be able to finish the rest of my mods soon.
Completed:
-------------
Zumo 550 GPS
Talon T-3300ip alarm system
Kisan Tailblazer tail light modulator
Stomp Grip tank pads (cut to fit)
Pro Grip tank protector
Motovation frame sliders
In progress:
--------------
FZ6 to R6 headlight conversion
CCFL angel eyes (white)
6500K HID low-beam
Centech AP-1 accessory fusebox
PUIG blue racing windscreen with blue anodized screws
I'm about halfway through the R6 headlight conversion. I've got the brackets prototyped and half of them cut. I just need to test fit them, paint them, add the CCFL tubes and transformers, and figure out where I'm mounting the HID ballast and the Centech.
With the alarm, I'm rapidly running out of under-tank and under-seat space for mounting anything else, and the HID adds two relay-sized units, a larger box, the ballast, and a fuse holder. Add the Centech fusebox, and I think I will have used just about every free inch of space on the chassis.
When it's all done, I'll post a few photos.
