Micheal Jackson died at 3:15pm today

If it were Mike 15 years ago, I may have been a little sad, because I was a kid, still listening to his music.

But because its now, and we all know hes just a crazy skelator pedophile.... I could care less.

well i'm a fan of his music not his personal life.he was a total freak I totaly agree! and I think he was guilty of all of the awful thing's he went to court for,but the music is just realy good.

OK... so a retired military man, that smiled and took Johnny's crap, a lady that so many men (some women) had her poster on their wall and had their first feelings for, and a guy that was accused of perpetrating pedophilia all die in the same week... who do we salute???

I guess we will have to agree to disagree, because the way I am reading this is that because you like his music so much you can overlook his crazy personal life and feel bad for his death. Am I correct in how I'm reading your post?

Like you I don't care about his personal likes and dislikes and way of life, What I am talkin about is his music, and that rocked!!!

Inquiring minds want to know who this is.

Ed McMahon

Military service
During World War II, McMahon was a fighter pilot in the United States Marine Corps serving as a flight instructor and test pilot. He was a decorated pilot (six Air Medals) and was discharged in 1946, remaining in the reserves.[5]
After college, McMahon returned to active duty. He was sent to Korea in February 1952. He flew unarmed OE-1 Bird Dogs on 85 tactical air control and artillery spotting missions. He remained in the Marine Corps Reserve, retiring with the rank of Colonel in 1966 and was then commissioned as a Brigadier General in the California Air National Guard.

The greatest song writer/performer who ever lived. R.I.P. you will be missed. I just made a MJ playlist two days ago, even ordered his moonwalker movie, spooky! I got chills when I heard the news.

Well, if I started not liking music because of the artist's crazy personal lives I would be listening to silence.

gotta say that this is affecting me.....i am quite sad, probably should'nt be, cause of MJ's late life crimes, but his musical legacy is massive, and this is what he should be remembered for......

am going to have a huge tear in my eye, as we do a 2 hour tribute to the poor bugger, next Wednesday night.

:(

Jackson died at 3:15pm today

Hello! Has everyboddy forgotten about Elvis, He was the King of rock n roll. He didnt exactly live a pretty life either. But everybody well almost everybody worships his music and that includes me.

IMHO WE CELEBRATE ARTISTS FOR THEIR MUSIC AND TALENTS AND NOT WHAT THEY DO IN THEIR PERSONAL LIVES !!!

Like my worthy friend quoted above "Well, if I started not liking music because of the artist's crazy personal lives I would be listening to silence."

On the lighter side, not to forget MJ taught all of us how to walk on the moon ;)

He died at 3:15? Isn't that when the big hand is touching the little hand? :Flip:

Unless I am mistaken, Elvis's only downfall was drugs, never was he a pedophile.

That is why he will always be remembered.
