Make or buy 2005 decat pipe

Looking to decat and put in a bung for an O2 sensor. Best as I can tell it is nearly impossible to get new for an 05.

Trying to find a muffler shop that can do the job. Also thought about getting an S2 pipe as a start point and see if it can be modded to fit.

Any ideas / pointers / suggestions?

I've made one for each. If you recall my S2 now has an S1 header. Just buy the SS pipe and bung, get a pipe cutter and remove the round thing. Cut new pipe to fit and assemble checking clearances.
If good you can pull the midpipe and have it welded.

None of mine were tack welded in place and both fit fine.
As for the bung, make sure the hole you cut is plenty large. The SS bungs are like $4.

IIRC all this is in my build thread. I tig welded with some unknown SS wire. Welded fine.
