So I was hoping for some input with what to do with some extra little cash I just received from work. It was actually from 2007 end of year bonus for meeting my work (Admin) goals, it was just handed to me yesterday. I figured I could pay off half of the bike already or spend a small portion of it on mods (Two Bros, lol) and place everything else in a high yield savings. I was also eyeing a pair of Givi sidecases for this coming spring ride to upstate New York. Any great ideas guys and gals?? A couple of cold ones of course is in order.:D:thumbup::D:thumbup::D:thumbup::D:thumbup::D:thumbup:

first of all, make sure you have a kick ass St.Pattys day tomorrow, then take half and put it away for a rainy day, and buy what makes you happy with the other half. Good balance of toys and responsibility.

Its St. Patricks day (or St. Paddys day!)...haha...dont know where Patty's day has come from but your not the first to say it! ....or is there a St. Pattys day in America!! :):)

It's on Monday too! :)

Aren't you a lucky guy Blue Monday!!! Go for the side cases, exhaust can come after...

I am looking at side cases too. TwistedThrottle.com has
Givi PLX racks for 152, top case rack for 129, V46 topcase for 231, V35 PLX side cases for 468, Passenger back rest for 49. Get the topcase top rack and haul, everything plus a tent and sleeping bag whereever. I think I can figure out how to put lights in for under 99 with a disconnect. LOL

it is St. Patricks day here too, but we are all too much of Lazy asses in the states to actually type it out.

I know it's no fun - but I would pay down my debts.

It will give you long term rewards in the form of peace of mind.

Free-found $$$ Bonus for hard work... Spend it on what you consider a reward for yourself.

I figure he would be doing this by paying off for part of the bike, whether he reduces the amount he would be paying on intrest on the bike or the amount of interest he would be acummulating on a high interest account.
I agree with using some responsibly and some just for yourself, after all you've earned it
