Just started to dry in Brooklyn, but my ride back was wet.

Made it to McDonalds in Yonkers and it had rained pretty hard. My lower pants legs were wet and my mesh jacket really kinda soaked.
They had closed the upper level of GWB so the west bound cross bronx expressway was slammed with traffic - really not moving a whole lot. I did a very rare lane splitting stint 2X to get to Bronx River parkway. Some cagers get very annoyed at this. Oh well.
Had a nice breakfast/coffee at McDonalds in Yonkers waiting for rain to stop. Then spoke to Smersh who agreed with me not the best day to ride twisties
Made it home a bit dryer with no rain. I can't call this a wasted ride. Wet riding is still riding after all.
Let's try and do this ride later on this summer.
