Instrument Cluster speedo lcd fade on increase rpm rev

Hi i have just joined the forum and wondered if someone could help me please.

i just purchase a 2005 fz6n with 12000 miles on the clock my first big bike

i was in the man cave today having a play and noticed that when i rev the bike the lcd display seems to go really faint only the speed readout and the fuel level display (all digital information)

Before the bike is started the cluster does the usual test start up sequence without any problems.

i did see a couple of threads that were similar to my problem but not quite the same, so thought i would start a new thread. (hope im in the right place)

would really appreciate some help with this, has anyone experienced this and how did they sort it. Thanks
