How many sliders per side for max protection?

Greetings everyone,
In a hurry to get off my FZ6 one day, I hastily climbed off the bike but realized too late that the foot stand was not all the way down. I couldn't recover so I dropped the bike. The pre-existing slider now has a scratch but it did minimize the damage to the rest of the bike. I am contemplating adding a second set of sliders to maximize protection. Anyone has more than one set of sliders on their motorcycles? Thanks.

The only other useful place for sliders are the front forks, and the rear axle.
Motovation makes some for both, but they cost as much as frame sliders.

Before I did the R6 fork mod I had front axle sliders, I'd imagine they would help protect the forks/wheels/rotors. Rear axle sliders would also prevent the swing arm, rear axle, rear wheel, and rear subframe from getting too dinged up.

On the slider front, as already stated some axle ones, also R&G do bar end ones...

Motovation has bar ends/sliders as well. Their swingarm slider is also a spool for a stand.

How would you install swingarm sliders on FZ6's that don't have the installation point for them? I remember someone actually drilling a hole in their swingarm to install some, but that's not something I'd really be comfortable with.

Same way as on the front fork. You slide a bolt through the wheel axle, and attach one bobbin to each end of the bolt (Bolt is sticking out on each side of the wheel axle).

There is NO drilling/alteration involved.
