WD-40 might work

Also, it wont help you now but they make a product for deicing your car doors. It might do the same for the ignition on a motorcycle.

Actually the WD-40 helped a good bit and then I just poured a bunch of hot water around it but not letting any touch the key or the hole.

It happened to me a few times last year. I tried deicer and WD40 and neither worked. I would up using a hair dryer. Good luck.

if you heat it up with a hair dryer then used WD40 then you should be all set, for WD-40 to work properly the water must all be thawed.
