Hi. I'm a new member and a new rider. I have a 2009 fz6 that I bought and it ran great!! Till someone stole it. I got it back and repaired all the cuts they had made but now when I put it into gear it dies immediately. It won't start in gear either. Kickstand down or up. Doesn't matter it dies. Everything looks good but the voltage in my ignition seems strange. It measures 12v going in and only 1 going out. I can't find anything saying if that is normal or not. It doesn't sound right but I wanted everyone ls opinion on if I should be getting a new switch or if it's something else possibly. Thank you all for any help!

Welcome to our great forum! Also. There is that module I always refer to. The "Starter interrupt-cut off relay assembly" Often this unit becomes damaged during bike theft.
If the wires have been properly repaired and switches are proved out, the module is suspect.
Your bike is the FZ6R so the module may be the same or different from the FZ6 series. I believe the assembly on your bike is #27 on this link. https://www.ronayers.com/oemparts/a/yam/50046b5ff8700209bc7969e4/electrical-2
Part number is 5VK81950-43-00
This unit is made up of diodes that are typically damaged during motorcycle theft. This unit provides the safety protocols for the bike and if your wiring and switching are correct, this may be where the issue is.
