Guess where this Goes!!!

Some sort of water born vehicle, ie, sail board rigging (the tie off or adjuster)and the roller for adjusting the lenthe of the line (without tearing up the line).

OR

A SS, left handed sky hook (for use over the water) with the optional high performance adjustable roller? :BLAA:
 
It looks like an attachment point for the floating lanes in a swimming pool. Not sure about the roller guide tho.
 
Part of a garage storage system for raising and lowering stuff like boards, car top carriers.....or kayaks?

Yeah - I told you guys this would be tough. Also I would have never figured it out myself.

Thought process for selecting it - think some obscure hobby/activity, google that + accessories. Sorry guys :sinister:
 
Someone circle the belt driven supercharger? Looks like a turbo to me..

But I digress it isn't ran off the exhaust manifold either.

Someone look up fly boarding on youtube! Pretty cool like a iron man type vibe lol
