I have a full sized F150 super crew and get 16.5 mpg towing my pop up trailer (+/- 3000 lbs) in the mountains

12.5mpg is SICK

It has the little V8 and is constantly loaded with my aquarium maintence gear. The tires are right, the plugs are right, I have had it on the computer and everything checks. It just sucks the fuel down, like Anna Nicole Smith. Bad Steve :spankont make fun of Anna Nicole. LOL

We didn't take many trips when I was a kid but I have great and vivid memories of the ones we did take. Kids really dig experiences like that.

Oh yeah when you do e-brake donuts don't pull too hard on the e-brake handle. I popped the pistons right out of the wheel cylinders once. Brake fluid spewed all over the hot drums and shoes and started to smoke and really stink. Good for me I wasn't renting it; just worked graveyard at a rental car company and used to abuse the cars at night. You think customers are a reason not to buy a rental? The employees put them to shame.

Oh yeah don't put it in park at 50mph either.

I broke the speedometer in my old 79 stepside long bed chevy truck. Backwards, floored down a huge hill. I dont know exactly how fast I was going but it was stupid fast. It went Spprrroooiiiinnnnkkk kathickita kathickita and never ever moved again.

Down here hanging out with Justin and Meg. Trin is asleep and excited to go the ocean in the morning. We did some bike maintence in Justins shop tonight. The R6 is freaking awesome. The gixxer 1k is awesome. The 125 twostroke honda dirt bike is awesome. Motorcycles make life better. Florida is hot and muggy.

The AC went out while we were gone though. LOL

Its 90f according to my digital thermo in the house. Its 74 outside but the place only has three windows and I dont own any fans. Its freaking insanely hot.

Tomorrow is Trins first day of first grade. We had a blast. Pics as soon I as I get them developed and get the cds back.

I've gotten as bad as 13.5 in my V6 Tacoma with a 900lb trailer, 2 FZ6s, a ton of gear, 2 people, and a ton of Indiana crosswinds...usually get around 18/21.

Sucks about the A/C. Post those pics when you get a chance.
