I think on the dyno jet website they had that the ex will work for the 08,
I believe the box says through the 2007 model, which no real changes to the 2008's i believe.

The powercommander EX model is designed to comply with the Californian ARB regulation.
Basicly, it removes the ability to adjust the values at the lower RPMs.
If you'll hook an EX version to the Dynojet software, it should look something like this:

I'm guessing that shipping the seat to mass could be 25$ or more, so I can't really take the 50$ hit on the seat. Make another offer and we can work a deal. The seat is in great shape.
