After trying to decide on selling my beloved vulcan 1600 classic i literally realized that 2 are better than one. Im proud to say i own both. I've wanted the FZ6 for quite a few years now and bought the 09. Grip puppies are already on the way, possibly a set of risers in the not so distant future. only was able to ride it home from the dealer last night and sadly the weather here in NY is HORRIBLE all week and the coming weekend. it's like spring has never even come. At least i had a decent day to get her home.
oh, and i HAD to get the blue. i already own a black bike which i will be changing the color of anyhow.

Great choice on the bike, especially the color! The Blue is the fastest after all

Get some frame sliders for the bike as well, don't want to risk scratching your baby now do you? Also, where in NY are you? I'm located near Buffalo and yeah the weather has been horrible for the last 2 days, with no hope of letting up in the next few days either :(

Best $60 bucks you'll ever spend though. Blue is the way to go, all blue owners will testify to that

so what are some of the better sites to buy stuff for the 09's? Only one i know pretty much is twisted throttle. Im very used to all the cruiser sites but this will all be new and fun im sure as the addons begin.............

Congratulations! Sweet bike, and yeah frame sliders aren't that expensive.

Great looking machine.

Have fun!

Congrats, you will love your new baby. I want to get a nice cruiser next year.
I am in Brooklyn and also missed the Spring.

Hey check out Motorcycle Parts - Accessories - Gear - Helmets for FZ parts pretty cheap and reliable. I love that Blue and the center stand. Wish my FZ6R came with a center stand. Good luck on finding frame sliders. I should of got them installed on my bike before I tried to ride it for the first time they would of saved my left turn signal. Ride safe my friend
