OMG, I'm in love!

Took her for a nice 600 mile weekend trip for breakin and she performed flawlessly. Low end is better than I have read in reviews and while I don't have personal experience of power above 8k, I'm sure I'm gonna be just as pleased.
This is quite a common feeling  Welcome.

Just the guy I'm looking for...

I currently ride an 04 600rr...how does it compare to the FZ6? I'm thinking about selling the Honda and getting an FZ6 but wanted to get some feedback from someone who has ridden both. Lemme know your thoughts!

Lets get the obvious stuff up front:
Comfort isn't just better than a sportbike, its a great comfortable bike period (aside from the seat but you may not complain after being on an RR seat).

Great mileage, still handles well and light off the kickstand, better midrange (but I dont know if that would be true of the 07/08 rr's, looks like they are a good improvement overall).

Easy to just strap on some stuff and hit the road.. Its just a great bike and seems to be built really well. I loved the feel the RR had...like it was cut from a solid piece of metal, just a very solid bike in feel. The FZ6 is similar in that regard. Test ride one!

Other bonuses: two trip meters and a counter once you hit "reserve".

haha I actually never rode my RR without the Corbin seat that is on it. But, the main reasons I'm wanting to get a different bike is a.) better gas mileage and b.) carry more luggage. I guess I want to be able to go longer distances on my bike as well, hence why I'm considering the FZ6 (and FZ1).

Where in WI are you? If you are near the Fox Valley, you could take a look at mine.:D

Sorry for the hijack.
