Well as long as its a Yamaha I like it, except cruisers and my old POS '73 TX500 that would never start.

I had a Yamaha 80 YG1 when I was 14. My friends all had Honda S-90's
or Yamaha twin jet 100's. Seems I could not keep up with any of them.
So I started hanging with my friend that had a Honda S65, I could take him.
Would not mind having a nice twin jet today.

Here is a real beauty I saw on EBay some time ago.
I believe it's a 1993 YZF 600.
Very nice old Yammie!

that bike was at least a 97, they had dual round headlights until 1996. they made that same exact design, changing only the colors from 1997 to 2007.

I think my '81 550 Seca qualifies as a classic.

Hey, you got my old bike! I bought a '75 650 when I came to San Diego in '77. It was my only transportation for about 5 years and I put well over 50K miles on it. Rode it from Here to Ohio in 5 days, made a trip from Pascagula to Akron in less than 24 hours and even had it on board the USS Moosbrugger for a trip from Pascagula to Charleston. Oh, and I never whined about the seat :D

Thanks for this posting 08fz6.
I owned a RD350 which I loved as a Honda 4 killer (In town) even though I had to service it at least every two weeks and the awesome FZ750 (what can I say).
Always wanted a FJ1200 which I never got to. Now ride a FZ1 which is also pretty awesome.
Great bit of nostalgia here. Thanks for this.
