Hey all

Had my first off not long ago at low speed on my FZ6, I was going slow round a corner due to rain and I'm not sure why but the bike just slipped from underneath me and slid down the road.

Luckily the crash sliders did there job and stopped most of the damage but I have cracked the fairings on the bike, one is on the nose by the handlebars and the other is on the rear fairing under the seat.

Are there any good places you guys are aware of to source these fairings? I am aware that it's gonna be quite expensive for me.

Are relatively simple to change for a novice or is going to be a mechanic job?

What year bike, the S1 has a different fairing than an S2. Post the color as some guys go "naked" and remove the nose altogether (parts for sale)..

And the nose fairing isn't terribly hard to swap out.

The side "pod" has one screw holding it in, under the seat, then pops off...

If the fairing stay is bent, IE, the entire fairing is crooked, the gap between the tank and fairing is tighter on one side, you'll need that too

Looks like these?:
