Cut, painted, panned, and shoed

I finally finished my so-called weekend project. It took longer than that due to the weather, but today was clear so I finished up. :Flash:
*Windscreen cut down and painted flat black. Much less turbulence, and the wind is nice and smooth.
*Painted flat black: rear pods and back piece (grabrails). Wanted a more stealth look, too much silver.
*TCP belly pan. Also painted flat black, but with plasti-dip (rubberized paint). It worked great on my car's grill and lasted a Utah winter. So I thought I should give it a try.
*BT21 rear tire. No real experience with it yet. I rode all day to get some miles on it and get rid of the goop. Hopefully we get more good weather and I can finally get on it.

sweet looking bike man how did you measure and cut the windscreen I painted mine awhile back and would love to cut it down and have it look that professional :thumbup:

Really easy, especially with a Dremel. I used black door trim for the top and it came out really nice.

yea looking at the windscreen and the front in the first pic I thought it was an older R1 for like half a sec....it looks so clean and sexy....I WANT!!! :thumbup:

I used the flat cutting disc. I spun it at one below full speed. It did melt a little bit, but the melted plastic just came right off. No melted plastic was ejecting, but I always wear safety glasses with that thing just in case. I saw a friend using it without.
