I haven't had any brake chatter whatsoever but saw this thread and figured I'd check mine..
Unless their stuck really bad, I used an "Easy Out" with brake cleaner and was easily able to rotate all the bobbins.. It didn't take much force as I guess they were pretty clean.. Didn't take 10 minutes total...
Looking at the video, even with the bobbins loose, there isn't nearly as much play (if any..) between the disc and and the round hard mounted inner piece.
I suppose the FZ has considerably tighter clearances than the dirt bike in the video..
