Brake Light Flasher Install

I'm installing a brake light flasher and wanted to confirm the wiring. Yamaha Yellow to Flasher Red, Yamaha Black to Flasher Black? Yamaha blue is the running light?

Yellow from bike to red (in) on flasher. Yellow on brake light to red (out) on flasher. Blue in the running light.
Black to black...

Where'd you get the flasher? I've been thinking about one!

Hi Cliff, Healtech make one too.
I have their gear indicator which works a treat and their seedo healer is supposedly pretty good too although I figure I can read 68 and know Im doing 60 k's.
anyway from what I remember the brake light flasher has a range of options for the flash rate

The one I'm installing each time the brakes are applied, your brake light will rapidly flash on & off 4 times, slow flash 4 times, and then solid until you release the brake. The preprogrammed cycle will start over and repeat each time the brakes are reapplied.
