Awesome late season ride!

My buddy and I had an awesome late season ride today in Northern Michigan. The roads are normally covered with snow and ice this time of year, however we had a beautiful sunny day with temps near 60 degrees.

We rode M-119 between Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City and then covered some back roads near Central Lake, Ellsworth and Bellaire. I reached my goal for the year and put 5,000 miles on the bike and enjoyed every mile of the journey.

I was back there in Sept. on a Goldwing. Some real fun roads up around Copper Harbor.

Enjoyed a night time self guided tour of the Mackinaw Icebreaker after a few adult beverages...

Copper Harbor is a bit farther North, but it looks like it would be a nice ride.
