Avatar changes for a week - RIP Marco

I changed mine last night, and Humperdinkel suggested we ALL change our avatars for one week to a picture of Marco Simoncelli.

A mark of respect for an amazing rider and person who will be greatly missed.

So let's see how many members can do this, as a tribute to Marco.
