This is an FZ6N that im working this time of year.
To make long story short:

The bike was silver (2004 model).
We stripped it apart and paint the body work in satin black.

Powder coated:
Frame, sub frame, swingarm, upper tree plate, footrests and almost any other silver part except from the engine.

All this job took me almost a week and today im working the exhaust manifold and cans.

Take a look and have fun.
Sorry for not sharing a lot of details but is really hard even taking photos while working on it@

Looks good, ny advice is to research the myth that is back pressure. Especially with a tuning solution.

Great looking raven black. I have a silver gray also.
I thought of using plastidip for making it matt black.
I wonder if it is expensive to powdercoat parts?

For example how much they charge for frame or fuel tank?

Frame, subframe, swingarm, upper tree plate, footrests (all the parts including passenger's) and front forks cost me 180 euros.
I dont know about the fuel tank. It is painted in satin black, its not powder coated.

Love the custom rear. If you don't ride pillion, you could grind off the grab handles, grind off the footpegs and put on a seat cowl to make it look even more badass!
