Very simple. The more help the better. Just get some peeps to keep it balanced and keep a pinch on the handlebar bar brake. The bike will do all the work for you. I'd stay away from WD40 as it is a temporary fix for a lot of of lubrication issues. Dousing the linkages in WD40 will get you out of a binding situation temporary but a good tear down and regrease will get you back up and running better than before. Just dealt with this issue on my 05. The...

Ditch crimp connectors altogether. Solder with shrink tubing and heat gun. Nothing is better. And cheaper in the long run.
