Ouch!!!! Sorry for the delay, I just left it for "later" and.... well that's it.
I still have to fix it or buy it new from (i guess) partzilla.
These are some pics of the damage, I don't think it's an easy one to left it perfect as there's a good amount of plastic missing and it should match...
Thanks all for the inputs.
Looks like partzilla is a lot cheaper in shipping costs.
Anyway, seeing Nelly post, I may be trying something myself about the cowl. I've never done something like this before, but the damage is not big, although is at the left pointy corner of the cowl, where all...
Yeah, most probably, the downside is not knowing why you went downside :D Seriously, it's the absolute confidence removal tool...
Thanks, I'll take a loot at partzilla.com.
In fact, bikebandit ships internationally, but it costs me $121 .... that's a lot in shipping costs...
Cheers,

Thanks a lot Hobbesca, that's very kind of you, but, looking at the 2008 model pictures I don't think it fits at all.
(Plus a parcel from Canada -if that's your location - for the windshield is probably not worth it :( )
I've managed to get some parts from an auto wrecker. I'm getting them...
Hi folks,
I've been kind of 'off the grid' for a while now :( but I hope I'm coming back.
The reason for my post is that I had an incident two weeks ago, where my bike went down apparently for no reason when doing 120kph in the highway. Road was almost a straight, uphill, slightly wet, wheels...
Well, I've just ordered a kit to give it a try.
Chemiker, can I PM you my personal details for the buying and have an indication on when is it shipped so I can estimate when it could arrive?
Thanks a lot, regards,
XSrider
Hi Chemiker,
Do you shipping internationally? Is there an additional cost? The destination would be Spain (continental Europe)
I'm taking a riding track course by the end of May and I want my bike running smoothly ;-)
Thanks a lot!

Hi,
In my 2004 FZ6 it adds 4°C.
The fact is that it measures the INTAKE air temp, not the "ambient" air temp. And the intake is almost inside the engine.
Unfortunately it is a measurement for the engine management, not for our convenience :(

Hi riders!
I've been following your for some months now, since I bought my 2nd hand 2004 FZ6 Fazer last September.
I've been a rider for just 4 years now, but this is my 3rd bike, having ridden so far a 1987 Yamaha XS400 and a 2003 Suzuki GS500.
So far my FZ6 is a great bike, despite...
I live in up North of Spain, near Bilbao (where the Guggenheim is), and their local police ride (amongst others) mainly FZ6S ;-)
I'll try to get a pic, though they are not very friendly....
Hi folks,
This is my first post here, so hi from Spain, I'll find some time to walk around the welcome post and introduce myself.
Meanwhile, being technically minded as requested , I was just about to post an answer like DownrangeFuture's
To be honest this project has...
