The wife and I took a 30 minute ride down to look at a '07 Ninja 250 for her. Didn't know until we got there that it had been layed down and needed some work on the handlebar and fork. The pictures on Craigslist looked really nice but I don't think I want to pay $2000 for it.

What would be a good price for a stock seat and a stock exhaust? There is a local guy offering these for sale for $75 each. I was thinking of gutting the exhaust and modifying the seat while keeping my originals in their original condition. I was thinking of offering $100 for both.

Oiled my cables (using the EZ Glider), flushed & replaced the coolant (which i don't think had ever been done by the previous 2 owners), buttoned everything back up and forgot to reconnect the electrical connectors to the gas tank. DOH! :spank:

Got my TPS and sprocket retaining nut recalls taken care of yesterday and she runs like a new bike now. :D While I was there I spent $300 on a new helmet, jacket and gloves for my wife.

Replacing my clutch cable. Should I set the adjustment in the middle of the cable to match the existing cable or should I keep it threaded all the way in?

Anyone else have trouble with their clutch cable fraying up by the lever?

I passed my motorcycle skills test today to get my MC endorsement on my license. :D I can now ride without restrictions.

Does anyone know if the FZ6 gas tank is double lined? I went to see if one of the local Paintless Dent Removal guys would give me a quote on the dent in my tank and he asked if it was double lined.

I got my new Puig Racing windscreen today and already have some new bug splatter on it. :D
