What would be a good price?

What would be a good price for a stock seat and a stock exhaust? There is a local guy offering these for sale for $75 each. I was thinking of gutting the exhaust and modifying the seat while keeping my originals in their original condition. I was thinking of offering $100 for both.

Doesn't cost anything to ask. I'd offer the bill and see if he takes it. If not, you'll probably still get them for less than $150.
