Now I'm on a 02 CBR XX 1100 Blackbird with only 12k Miles! :rockon: and as an added bonus it has a full set of Givi boxes with it, ready for touring!
Looking good there! Been contemplating getting the MT03 headlight myself, where did you get the clamps for the headlight, they dont seem to be the standard ones?

That's the Yamaha touring screen, use to have one, too much wind buffeting, you would be better off with a puig double bubble screen. Yes there is a screw right underneath the nose just follow the screen and you will see it very easy to take off and put on.

Funny you should say that about being comfortable going left only, when I started out first I was more comfortable/confident with left bends than right, now I don't really think about it so doesn't bother me.
You can't adjust the preload on stock FZ6 forks.
Complete guess here, however, from what you are saying you took one of the fork's to get the seal replaced in which case the dealer more than likely replaced the fork oil while they were at it. Which means that you have new oil in one fork and...
Dropped two gears instead of one due to a hump on the road I didnt see, back wheel locked up and I drifted in to the corner, the guys behind me thought I was epic....they would have changed their minds pretty quickly if they knew the state my leather trousers were in when I got home :(
Not if you do it smoothly and it means you can really power out of the bend. I usually drop down a gear to get the rev's a little over 8k and roll on the throttle smoothly through the corner.

Did you wash the bike, when you say cleaned it I assume that you did wash it. If you did then it is possible that you got some water where the spark plugs are, a friend had exactly the same issue and it turned out to be water in the housing where the spark plugs are.
