fz6 s2 speedo to fit fz6s 2005

Has anyone ever tried to remove a speedo from a 2005 fz6s and replace it with an fz6s s2 (say 2007 onwards) model?

No worries, good luck. Hard to find a cheap one, took me a long time to find one. Used ebay.

Blu3.....just a thought.....is your bike an FZ6S or an FZ6N......mine being an S I wonder if physically the speedo will interchange within the housing????:cheer:
