    5. Check the starting circuit cut-off relay. Refer to "CHECKING THE RELAYS" on page 8-71. Anyone know how I can do that?

    I went back and test it again with the multi meter and I found out that I might have mixed up the wires. I've checked the white plug and that was 11.5v and the green plug shows 0V. I am now confused. What does the white one and the green do? White: Level? Green: Power?

    I've checked all the fuse under the panel right hand side under the seat and they are all fine.

    When I press the engine start button while the kill switch is on on position, the starter motor turn normally. If I press the engine start button while the kill switch is on off position, the starter motor won't run. Is it safe to then assume that the kill switch is okay?
