Hi Moose, Just an idea, try to change completely your "old" fuel.(3k for3 years...) I had the same problem because the bike didn't ride for a while(6 months). The fuel quality decreases after only 1 month with the time and the temperature. After that let the engine burn some new fuel and...

Hi Bambam, I did it since winter 2009 and no problem with the heat of the muffler, the dinoc from 3M is very good. I don't thing that will be great on the windscreen but it's your bike. Bugs

Congrats Ryan, It will be my time on december. I will leave a very nice and pleasant job at the end (10 years as UAV pilot-navigator in BAF). I am in the belgian army since 1975. In a hurry to ride my bike more often. Enjoy your retirement and my best wishes for the future. Bugsterkiton

Hi Sanger, I am of agreement with the answer of Cali rider and Wildcard. The most important thing is to place both spring in the same way. Mine are placed the progressive part upwards (as described in the manual). Hello of belgium.
