Hey Travis, I was laughing my ass off leaving work yesterday after telling you "you're going to be disappointed in how loud they are"... I jumped on my Buell (with the Jardine exhaust and no silencers) and realized my pipe is SOOO loud lol... yeah I love it... so even if it's a bit loud, you'll get used to it!!! It feels so good to hear that kind of low sound when you open the throttle that the loudness factor doesn't matter plus you can always get the silencer inserts too... looking forward to your report!
I think you're going to be disappointed by how loud the 2 Bro's are... some people sold them because they're really loud... the Lasers are definitely not too loud, and while I agree that the sound itself is better on the 2 Bros, it's not better enough to justify them over the laser, which sound great and look unbelievable... no-one will be "amazed" by how the 2 Bros look... lots of ppl were "amazed" by the Lasers though... couldn't get enough comments on them everywhere I rode
Anyway, let me know how you feel after riding the 2 Bros for a while! If you were looking for loud, you're going to get it!
I most certainly am. Just having a hard time w/ employment here. Passed the MSF in PA about 3 weeks ago. Definitely want an FZ6 and thank you for the welcome.
I haven't heard of MOVATS, but we do fresh flash frozen tissue, which is very different than most labs (fixed and paraffin). We do H&E and some other basics, and also some fancy schmancy stains. (That is a scientific term, by the way.) ;-) go to OpenDNS and you can check out my division.
No, not for genetics. I look at muscle proteins, putting patients muscle in the gel lane, and then using antibodies to whatever protein we are searching for. Some patients have a lack of, or reduction in, a needed protein, so it's a diagnostic tool for the docs. I like doing it. I also help out with the (typically first step of) histochemical stains, which highlight various features of the muscle biopsy. That is pretty complex, but I like it. Fun stuff for me, too! It's a very rewarding field, and I get to play with some cool "toys."
Did you see the wikipedia link for "PM" messages? Guess hijacking is not too popular! So where do you work, doing your chemistry stuff? I am at a clinical lab at a university hospital. I have been there 9 years and still love it.
I noticed that you have the Pazzo SHORTY Levers - How do you like them? I think I want to get the short ones but just not completely sure yet! Any negatives at all to them? Thanks!
