With the upcoming race at Kyalami on Sunday, I'd like to share an article in the April issue of MotorCyclingSA.com magazine.
Its the SuperSport shootout at Kyalami racetrack, all bikes were stock standard road trim and all the bikes...
Exactly! Nothing more needs to be said. Unless this kid was Doc Holiday he was in NO WAY shape or form, a threat to this police officer.
He was clearly just turning around to hear/see what was going on and probably couldn't hear a damn thing over his bike, the sirens and the shouting cop...
Cool! I have family and freinds that live out in Australia, when I make it out there maybe I'll come watch a gig!
I love djing although it's taken a back burner recently. I used to do 3 gigs a week too.
Don't ever wear open face helmets! Since when is your face not part of your head? I wore an open face helmet when i was really young riding my first dirtbike and almost lost both front rows of teeth. They had to be glued and wired together, luckily i kept them all.
Open face helmets since...
I have a Joe Rocket alter ego 2.0 and it has removable panels (chest, back and forearms) that come out to reveal the mesh undearneath, however it still has the elbow, shoulder and back pads.
To be honest i haven't tried it yet but it seems great and exactly what I was looking for. Especially...
I hear ya on that! That's one of my main reasons for going this route. The STR is all around better bike out of the box. I am quite busy and wouldn't have time to mod the suspension, brakes etc on the FZ to make it even in the same category as the STR. Although, I can get a brand new 08 FZ here...
No I ordered the phantom black with gold wheels, like in the picture.
I am not sure how many my dealership will get. I am second in line. If not I will be getting the matte grey.
I am pumped and can't wait!
I am still waiting on my 2010 Street Triple R to arrive. Getting anxious especially after how nice the wearther is now; 12 degrees Celsius. There were so many bikes out this weekend, it was kind of hard to watch and not get upset.
I definitely will. I didn't like the headlights at first either, but they definitely grow on you. They come to set the bike apart and distinguish it from everything else out there. As you mentioned it does look a lot better with the windscreen and visor. I always wondered what it would look like...
Ouch! Not feeling that bike at all. Someone please tell me why Yamaha continues to make those ugly exhausts!
Very happy that I already put money down on a Street Triple R!!!!!!!!
