I know I know #29. It is so familiar and I know I've heard it 1000 times. I am so going to kick myself for not getting it but I don't have time to keep watching the video at work!!! :banghead:

Alright so we have:

- sportrider_fz6 got 25 songs
- lytehouse got 4 songs
- chemiker got 1
- jsteinb95 got 1

So I am going to give 80k credits to sportrider, 10k lytehouse and 5k each to chemiker and jsteinb.

Nice job guys, I did not think it would go so quick :D

I don't own a TV so I'm glad you all got that figured out. Once again, great editing skills Wavex.

Jason had one moment at 3:30 in the video, where he scraped a peg and straightened his line a bit to compensate, he could see through the turn and there was no traffic, so it was all good.

And if there had been traffic he would have....

The other couple of times it was done deliberately, simply because you could clearly see there was no traffic.

WHY STRAIGHTEN OUT A CURVY ROAD????

WHY DEVELOPE BAD HABITS? The center line can be bumpy and is SLIPPERY WHEN WET.

I see zero upside and a lot of downside.

Thanks for the video and fun challenge! :wav:

Dang Dang Dang :kickself: I should have known that, I watched Alf all the time!

Thanks for solving the mystery J!

Anytime!!!

I knew it all along, but I enjoyed watching you rack your brain trying to figure it out. :rof:

Thanks bro! I don`t own a TV either  However, I have a TV card in my computer... so if something is good (it does happen), I`ll watch/record it via the computer.

And if there had been traffic he would have....

Well if he had seen traffic, he would have tried harder to tuck it back in I guess lol

No need to get all excited, I agree with you, and I did not cross the double yellow at all the whole day :cheer:

However, the center line is just a virtual line, so I don`t think going over it is a big deal at all, unless it's raining, and/or you`re leaned over in the middle of a corner. This was not the case when Jason crossed it (other than his OOPS at 3:30).

LOL at the excited comment...caps were to stand out, not to signify yelling or soemthing...lol

a virtual line? so is there any upside?

It's not like I gasp when I see someone do it under control, but it just begs the question, WHY? I'm much more impressed when someone can rock through a road close to the white line, but not too close. In theory, you can cover the whole road if traffic permits, but I find it much more challenging (and safer) to try and stay within the 2/3rds closest to the shoulder.

Same applies to cars...I'm much more impressed (and appreciative) when the driver can put the curbside tires exactly where he/she wants them at speed.

What I meant by "virtual" line is that it serves no purpose other than to separate traffic. If there is no traffic coming the other way, the line becomes obsolete.

I agree with you, it is more difficult to stay in your own lane at all times, as opposed to not. Why cut it? multiple reasons... lazyness, stupidity, bad line (...etc), or if your goal is to get to the top of the mountain in as little time as possible, then cutting the center line will help you a lot.
Look at rally drivers for example, they cut the center line all day long while remaining impressive :Flip::rockon:
