Hi!

Very excited to be joining this group. I picked up a 2005 FZ6 with 18k miles yesterday and I love it already. My previous bike was a 1975 Honda CB360T that was a great bike and much fun but this is a different world. I needed something that was better for everyday riding (FI, real brakes) and I think the FZ will be a good choice. Looking forward to learning from all of you.

Paul,

Welcome to the forum, from West Virginia!

You'll find lots of good tips and interesting discussion.

I remember those 360Ts and I always thought they were solid. Glad to hear your was still doing well. My last bike, 25 years ago, was a '77 Yamaha RD400 - sorta similar in size, etc. but 2-cycle.

I agree with you about the modern bikes and the improvements that have been made over the years. The FZ6 is a great bike for many riders.

Enjoy!

Chris
