Original and S2 rear Disk.

Just a quick question; Do the 04-06 models and the S2 models share the same rear brake disk? I'm asking because my 04 has a warped rear and I can pick up a paractially new 09 disk for next to nothing. If they'd match up I'm having it! :thumbup:

Looks like aftermarkets fit all years, including the FZ6R, so I would say you're fairly safe. Makes sense, since a whole bunch of other bikes use the same rear caliper, too.

The compatibility guide says you're good, too. :thumbup:

Thanks man, that's fantastic. Couldn't find anything on search but I didn't think of checking the compatibility guide.

yes they are the same. if you look at the part numbers for the disk, caliper and wheel are the same, so they are interchangeable:thumbup:
