Here in Minnesota I paid $5799.00 plus tax and registration fees. New 07 in the crate. Altogether I believe is $6249 USD out the door.

We got the bike!! Called dealers around Buffalo, NY and found it 6599.00 OTD at Pioneer Motorsport, Rick @ 716-496-7565 x 330. Fast blue one.
We are in Toronto, so after getting all papers we'll make a trip to Chafee and pick it up. I'll tell you later how it went at the border. I guess it will take 7-10 days to prepare everything.

Bikes are much more expensive in Europe

I've got a friend who works at the dealership, got the 2008 Stealthyer Raven bike at their price, 6289, after tax tags and cargo fee, it ended up right around 7000 (cargo fee was 300 and the owner doesn't budge on it :Flip After the 2 bros exhaust, power commander, k&n filter, speedo healer, sliders, and alarm, it's ending up at about 8500 :banghead:! I love spending money, what else can I get for it?

I bought mine from a guy who put too much of it on a Yamaha card, and the interest just spiked to 25%, so I took it off of his hands for what he owed on it: $4653.
It is a 2005 and it had 3596 miles on when I jumped on it.

Found a new blue 2006 at a dealer here and got it for $5800 out the door which included 2 more years of warranty.
Imagine the euro price and ad the Dutch taxes. :ban: The new 2008 bike 'll cost you a little under 14000 US dollar. You lucky ones. I might better move there.:thumbup:

Picked up a used 06 about 2 weeks ago in Southern California with 1800 miles for $4500 after tax and reg it was just about $5000.

I bought my 07' in October 07' at Abernathy's in Union City Tennessee for $6300 out the door. No set up fees or freight just the price of the bike!!! It was worth the 3 hour drive since the best deal I could get around my house was $7200 out the door. Nothing like saving 900 bucks!

i bought my fz6 used in november 2007. it is a 2004 with 7900 miles on it and i paid $4000 for it, plus all the taxes and stuff so it was just under $5000 out the door

I bought from a dealer a used 2007 model with 800 miles on it for $5500 including everything (tax, registration, etc...). The dealer got it as a trade-in vehicle. The dealer was asking $6000 at the beginning....
I think it's a very good price, but consider the bike has a scratch on the frame. Probably the previous owner laid it down and changed all the parts (except the frame obviously). Everything else is perfect!

Lol, I think I got everyone beat here, I bought my O5 with 4K for $3300 USD, course it's a fixer upper but only looking as 200 bucks worth in parts. :thumbup:
