Just had an idea about a sticky thread. Since there are always threads going around asking about certain items, and how they look on your bike, why dont we make a sticky thread that lists all those items?
Example. We have one "stickied" thread that just says "How does it look on your bike" Then inside that thread, we have a break down for each item that will take you to that specific thread.
On the main thread you could have:
<link> Mirrors
<link> Naked Front ends
<link> Levers
<link> Seats
... etc...
Then when you click on... say the "mirrors" thread, you see...
Post pictures of the mirrors you have on your bike, how you like them, how much you paid, and where you got them
No off topic posts.. just everyone who has aftermarket mirrors, post up a picture where you got them, how you like and the price. that way we can all see whats out there. Dont be afraid to list the same item more than once. Red on red may look good, but black on black doesnt. or Black on red might look better than red on red etc...
Just seems like it would be a really helpful way to see all the options out there. alot of times we see items on a website, but are unfamiliar with how they would actually look on our bike.
For example right now im looking for new mirror options (hence this thread idea). and it would be great for me to just go.. "well lets just see whats out there... click click click.. oh those are sweet". Rather than search and search and search 38 threads only to come across 10 or so pics.
