need help. in love with cousin.

This has to be one of the most F-UP post I've ever seen, and I visit a lot of forums. Blood or not blood, if you refer to them as a relative in any way then it's just sick man. Is there a shortage of women in Canada? Do you truly know what love is? Are you a virgin?

I know it's a lot of personal questions, but you're the one who posted advice on should/how to get in your cousins pants. Sure I have a couple of cute cousins, and have thought "man they are really hot", but I've never came on a forum asking "should I go southern and commit incest"!

Man, you sure post some off the wall ****!

I've been seeing this post over and over and have been able to resist... I have trouble holding in my two cents...

OK so TRADITION!!! You dig your non-blood relative, which I'm assuming happens in some cultures. I would say not so much in the states, but we have no defined rules here, when it comes to culture there are things here in NY that freaked out my friends from Pennsylvania and vice versa...

"I make poor relationship decisions"... People are always complaining that every person they date are nothing more than poor decisions... Well duh (sorry to be rude), but thats dating, your kissing frogs till you meet your princess/prince, if you wanted to marry every girl you dated, you'd me...MARRIED. Arranged marriages work for a few reasons. 1. Lowered Expectations 2. Dogmatic Belief 3. Luck... (Disclaimer, These also apply to the meet and marry as well, but you also have 4. the informed, and been around the block and I know what Im looking for and WOW, HOLY CRAP!!! I found it)

These said, what transcends arranged marriage is genetics. The more genetic variety there is between two mates the better chance their offspring have to be healthy and to display the good genetic traits of their parents while suppressing the bad genetic traits. While I still know plenty of people that say date your own kind this last point may go over like a fart in church, I don't mean to offend.

Not trying to change minds, just tossing in my two cents...

1) I am from a small village in northern canada.

2) no i dont know what love is but i listen to that song from night at the roxbury every night trying to figure it out

3) I dont know but I think my virginity is starting to grow back....

Its extremely taboo in Punjabi culture to marry someone from your same geographical region or with the same last name even if they arent a blood relation and from far away.

Oh dude, I have said this before. I have one cousin who is smokin freakin hot!!!!! She is just cool as hell too. Still not a gonna marry her. LOL

lol. sorry man. I have that problem where what is in my mind comes out one way or another. I dont have those social filters people use. I dislike them. I like just being open...with everything. *takes off pants*

lol. ok here is a brief bit of background to explain this thread. A little bit of it was tongue-in-cheek but not all:

1) this girl is pretty hot

2) im not in "love" with her, I guess "intrigued" would be a better way of putting it.

3) would never work out tho. we have zero in common.

4) even if we did link up tho (which we wouldnt just cuz of the language issue) there would be no issue. she has no genetic similarity with me at all. She is from a different family from a distant geographical region with no blood tie and with a different last name, so thats all good.

I have this professor from West Africa... he said the same thing about where he came from, he said he was amazed that they had discovered something so evolutionarily sensical and way before anyone could've known the scientific result
