Garrett GT-15 turbocharger.
Mazda RX-7 intercooler, highly modified.

Off the top of my head you take the engine size and the max rpms it will spin at. then along with the estimated volumetric efficiency you can calculate the CFM's that will be flowing through the motor. Then I think you take the amount of power you expect to be making and then with a bunch of magic spells you find out what the fuel requirements are . Then based off that number you find the injectors that can supply it.

I haven't played with that stuff for a couple years. I have the equations in some notes i have somewhere. I'm sure Fred could fill you in.

Yea, I want to see this thing on a dyno getting tuned.

Also, I am very interested in the stuff that goes along with the FI system and how all of that is going to work. Maybe a parts list for what you've needed to make this bad boy run?

I'd love to do a project like this and be able to manage FI and boost with my computer.

Very cool! Also saw the CNC milling vid of the crank shutter. Is this part of project, or just side hobby?

The shutter wheel and sensors was the final piece to the puzzle that let me start the bike. So it was a critical part, and I'm absolutely thrilled that it worked.

I still haven't gotten it tuned to where I can start it and make it idle smoothly. I've got some ideas in that respoect that I'll be trying the next time I have a free day. It's all about adjusting the tables at this point to make it run good.
