well according to the doc i linked they should it only mentions having a guard to stop stuff being flicked up which the "hugger" will do fine the rear fendor wouldnt offer any greater protection i dont think as the hugger would of deflected any stones etc already.
is there like a consise clear document on this stuff anywhere? as that was all I was able to gleam from transport SA's website and sort of makes it hard to play by the rules when there isnt a clear set that we can access. just going on peoples interpretations is full of fail
