He put it in there on consignment, and everytime i went in there, it was parked in the laneway.....he had an episode where they had his ducktail repainted, which took ages, cost lots, and was less than perfect....dunno, i think he was also asking a little too much, but i dont think they tried real hard for him anyway, and they knew he needed to get it sold quick...

He ended up getting rid of the Harley himself via private sale...took 2 days, and he got what he wanted...better result anyway i reckon, as the Harley was horrible to ride IMHO!

Found another one.. for the Raver's.. I like this one better, only because the song's one of my favourites.

hehe, well, missus got home and asked if I looked at the TV's. I said what I found, and the reply was.. "You are not getting a Plasma" :(

Oh yeah, she said she heard that prices are going up 30% on the 1st January.. so I'm going to buy one today.

Well, now the owner of a Samsung 40" LCD with HD Tuner. Hardly's had the best deal for it too, GG's wanted anther $300 for the same TV... that's where you get the $300 less for cash...lol

Was funny, the lady said to me, "sorry, we've sold out, but I can back-order it for you at that price". I looked at an LG screen, and then decided that I liked the Samsung more, so went to back order it, and they just had a shipment arrive.. 8 panels in stock... yet 5 mins earlier, they weren't there when she checked.

101 cm of LCD goodness for $1300.. I'm happy.

Edit:about the dollar that is .

Congrats on the tv Stumbles,nice deal.
When I was looking the GG and Harvey prices where the other way around,all in the timing I guess.

Am surprised to see that Hardly's nailed the Goodies.......hmmmm, change in company policy?

Hope you enjoy your new big TV........makes Mum & Dad's first Rank Arena Colour TV with cordless remote from 30 years ago seem rather prehistoric.....that thing was 20 inches of pure amazement for me at age 10!

Now all you need is a projector.......those things are great!

Well, I made the camera mount and fitted it to the bike. Quite impressed with myself actually... very easy and I didn't lose a finger in the process :rof:

I just finished making a short movie.. will upload to You-Tube soon.

Jamie came down to help out, but it was that easy, I had both of them finished by the time he got here.

Was thinking about going to the ridingSA coffee night down south at 7pm, if I do, I'll take a longer vid while travelling.

LOL! Help!.... you mean i staggered in after you had finished the job, and just limped about admiring your handywork!!!!!

I have said it elsewhere....it is fantastic!!!! and i have one too....Thanks Dave.....again.

Just going to jump on and head down to Menolis Mezes Cafe on Saltfleet St, Port Noarlunga, RidingSA are having a coffee night there from 7pm. I'll be fashionably late, but I'll grab some footage on the way... see how it goes with some speed and bumps.

Heeeey. That was fun, not as good as riding through the hills, but good to get out.

Dropped down to Noarlunga for coffee with the RidingSA crew, was a heap of bikes there (I'll chuck some pictures up later). Took 3 seperate vids on the way down, will have a look and see what they turned out like. Nothing too crazy, too many cagers out there.

Then on the way home, stopped in to say hello to the wife on her smoko break, then made some noise when I was leaving (just to make the guy on the postie scooter jealous :rof: ).
