My cousin used to play for the Sabres...Rob Ray. Before he went to the Senators (BOOOO) and then retired

Not sure bout \"Luango\".:)..but Luongo is our new captain and hes ready to take us back to the playoffs. Naslund and Morrison needed a change of scenery. We lost our first pre-season game tonight in OT to Anaheim so Im optimistic for at least a division championship...;)...hopefully...:cheer: Watching them for 36 yrs now and I have to say these guys are working ALOT harder than the crew from a year ago...Canucks #1 :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

eh... with the sedean twins leading your offence... don't see it happening, they are pretty good, but way over rated and I don't think they will hold that team together

as for buffalo I'm a big fan only because Ryan Miller is from my home town and he is possibly the best goalie in the league trapped in the buffalo system were their higher ups ruined their team... but I love them as a team and love watching them:thumbup:

I have never really watched hockey. Beating the crap out of your opponents is always fun to watch but it just doesnt get colder than about 50 degrees here in texas. There are a few colder days but they only happen once or twice a year, not enough to freeze anything. :(

I hear the Dallas Stars are an 'okay' team....;)

I am ready, but not for the NHL. I like college hockey a lot better. The NHL has become a big name/show-boating sport with a bunch of diva's who complain about pay.

College hockey is genuine and played with all heart and skill, because every one of them are striving to be in the big league and need to show their stuff. There's a lot more teamwork utilized at this level of play.

In college, there is no "I" in "Team" but in the NHL, someone on EVERY "Team" sees "ME" in there!

Go Black Bears!

One reason why I love the Wings (play making teams) and not the teams like San Jose (1 man teams)... As for the show boating it depends on the team/players you watch... But I do love college hockey, but its never on TV and Im a poor college student and cant afford to go to games :( as for my favorite college teams... MSU obviously the home town team, but I love Notre Dame hockey, North Dakota is good, and Minnesota is always a good team, Maine is always pretty good... other then that I don't watch to many teams outside the CCHA.

Can't wait!!! Minnesotan living in Texas now and growing weary of Cowboy fever. Thankfully I get HNIC on the Directv package so all is looking up.

oh im ready for sure. Friday night against the hawks, those bastids. lets get it on. :Flip::Flip::Flip::Flip::Flip::Flip::Flip::Flip:
