I see, that topcase has monokey system. From the picture you posted I thought that the plate is monolock. Well, to be honest, I think anything you do to fit the plate on the rack will not look very nice. I would rather buy the Kappa rack...

I have the Yamaha rack with a 46 l Kappa Topcase and am very satisfied. It is easy to mount, just a few screws without deinstalling anything on the bike. the givi rack could give you some problems if you have a non stock exhaust.
From what I heard, I would go for the TS although I didn't try it yet. Maybe a bit off topic, but I recently got a Bagster. Feels very good. I posted a few photos under Product reviews. A better review will follow after a longer ride.
Bluemonday, if you want to unzip the file downloaded from the Dynojet website, you have to open it in a packer programme like winzip or winrar and the unpack it. Do not run it directly, the executable is corrupt so it won't unpack.
