I see, that topcase has monokey system. From the picture you posted I thought that the plate is monolock. Well, to be honest, I think anything you do to fit the plate on the rack will not look very nice. I would rather buy the Kappa rack...

Why would you do that? They are both monolock. If you have a monolock topcase you just go for the yamaha rack...:thumbup:

This may be a stupid question but here goes. You guys mentioned baking the HLA at 200 degrees for 20 - 25 mins... Would that be Fahrenheit or Centigrade? :confused: Did you preheat the oven or just put the HLA in and then turn it on. I am kinda freaked out to do this... Also, I do not have any...

Wait for the cat elim pipe and do it in one step. It is really easy, shouldn't take you more than an hour.

Now it is easy, just to put it on secure with zip tie mount the grab rail, fairings and the seat and it is done. And this is how it looks:thumbup:

I have the Yamaha rack with a 46 l Kappa Topcase and am very satisfied. It is easy to mount, just a few screws without deinstalling anything on the bike. the givi rack could give you some problems if you have a non stock exhaust.

From what I heard, I would go for the TS although I didn't try it yet. Maybe a bit off topic, but I recently got a Bagster. Feels very good. I posted a few photos under Product reviews. A better review will follow after a longer ride.

Bluemonday, if you want to unzip the file downloaded from the Dynojet website, you have to open it in a packer programme like winzip or winrar and the unpack it. Do not run it directly, the executable is corrupt so it won't unpack.

Mine has the same height as the stock seat but you can order it lower or higher if you need.;)

You bet I can't wait to ride! But I have to wait a few days, the weather is bad. :( I payed 350 € for the seat. I went for the seatster, because sending my seat to France and back would be more expensive.

I just got my new Bagster seat wit a gel insert and it really looks great. Could not test it yet because it is snowing :( Anyway here are some pics.
